Project: My CN Tower
The CN Tower is everywhere in Toronto but from many neighbourhoods, and even downtown, it is obscured or partly visible. What if we could see the tower from every street corner, balcony or park? This project, by Toronto-based artist, Mike Simpson, reimagines the possibilities.

Here are some of the shots I particularly like taken by Toronto-area photographers. Each has a different approach and look. 0ptixs is a rooftopper so his best shots often have incredible views of the entire downtown. Michael Desbiens took this shot from his balcony. It’s a lovely close-up shot with the Aura building. NNVV aka Naeem took the final shot at TD Centre. Do you think he got lucky or was there some Photoshop involved? Either way it’s a stunning image. Which one is your favourite?
